This service is uncomplicated and rapid. To take advantage of this offer, customers must have access to the internet. We will share you a list of software or applications to use depending on whether or not you have access to a computer, tablet, or phone.

If the anti-virus or software setup  installer is present in the customer's possession:

• The fee will be determined by the price of the product.
• 20% of the market price and tax will be paid to us.
• We will not be responsible for crashes or damages.

If the anti-virus or software installer is not accessible to the customer:

• Installing the recommended version of your Operating System will be offered by us.
• We will get 20% of the market price, in addition to tax, and the product price.
• It is our responsibility to ensure that the operating system is functioning properly.

Before proceeding with remote access, ensure that your internet connection is checked 30 minutes in advance. For any assistance or help, the customer can contact our tech support at any time.
